A few details to make planning your trip to Canmore easier.
Our ceremony and reception will both take place at The Vista at Canmore Nordic Centre Provincial Park. All of the timings are listed in the Schedule section of this site.
Dress code is semi-formal. Think cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, or a shirt with dress pants and a jacket. Please keep the mountain setting in mind and choose footwear you’ll be comfortable in all evening.
If your invitation or e-invite includes a guest by name or mentions a plus-one, then absolutely. Otherwise, we’re keeping numbers limited and won’t be able to accommodate additional guests.
Please use the Find Your RSVP link on this website to lookup your invitation. Please let us know whether you can join us, and to share your meal choices and any dietary restrictions.
We kindly ask that you RSVP by [insert date] so we can confirm numbers with the venue and our caterer. Any late responses will not be accomodated.

Mountain weather can be unpredictable - think cool evenings and the chance of changing conditions. We recommend bringing a light layer or jacket for getting to and from the venue.
We’d love for you to be present with us during the ceremony, so we’re hoping to keep it mostly unplugged. After the ceremony, feel free to take and share photos from the reception!
